With a vision to create the future of dairy, and make healthy, natural dairy products for millions of people around the world, there's plenty to keep you motivated, challenged, and continually developing here at Arla.We're the farmer-owned dairy cooperative behind global brands Arla®, Lurpak® and Puck® and our 19,000-strong team of passionate people have helped us become the fifth largest dairy company in the world and the largest producer of organic dairy products.Your responsibilityVisit all outlets as per Journey Plan• Merchandise Arla Products in the assigned outlets by following Arla merchandising standards (FIFO /Planogram / Brand rule of thumb)Defending Arla SOSCoordinate with Sales rep and delivery drivers on product deliveryEnsure the availability and highest visibility of entire approved range of products (at minimum stock level) at all timesEnsure the correct implementation of the display agreements (permanent and temporary) and suggest opportunities for increaseMaintain in good condition the shelves and the products on the shelves and in this regard no expired/ damaged products will be displayedEnsure the availability and good condition of the POS materialTimely submission of any reports or market surveys as requested by the CompanyInform the immediate superior regarding any competitor activities whenever observedBuild relationship with all outlet representativesMaintain good code of conductFacilitate any marketing activities like in-store activity, special display as requiredFollow instructions and company rules and procedures related to HR, reporting time, vehicle handling, vacation etc.Ready to work in any area assigned by the managementYour profile:You will have demonstrated strong skills in time management, organization, leadership.Team collaborative person.Fluent in both verbal and written Arabic and English.Good knowledge MS office /Excel & PowerPointYou own a valid driving license.
