Tax manager

Our client, an accounting firm located in Ottawa, is currently looking for a tax manager to join their team.Full time. Permanent.

Responsibilities

Planning for and implementation of corporate re-organizations ;

Planning for sale and acquisition transactions ;

Review of compliance returns including T1, T2, T3, T4 and T5 ;

Planning for and review of special tax compliance filings ;

Internal resource for tax research for other staff members.

Requirements

Experience with tax compliance (T1, T2, T3, T5013) ;

Certification In depth tax program ;

Minimum 2 years preparing tax reorg planning memos ;

Good knowledge of English ;

Sense of responsibility ;

Rigor.
