With a 35-year foundation in hardware and software supply chain augmenting our deep expertise in cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and intelligent edge, we guide organizations through complex digital decisions to achieve extraordinary results.Key responsibilities· Proven ability to drive marketing strategy for all segments.· Experience managing and developing a team of Partner Champions and Business Development Managers.· Strong focus on growing profitable market share and positioning key Partner programs and offerings to drive profitable growth.· Ability to provide focus through sales and technical enablement, including field + inside, sales and technical alignment.· Strong ability to establish a Partner lifecycle program that focuses on the Land/Adopt/Expand/Renew methodology to ensure clients receive the best ROI from their investments.· Experience providing ROI for Partner Investment, including strategic joint business planning, partner reverse marketing, delivering results, and enabling GP retention.· Ability to combine software, hardware, and services to create solutions for clients.What you'll need to succeed· Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university.· Minimum 5 years of related experience in a corporate environment.· Minimum 3-5 years in a team management role.· Experience in technology industries, such as Information Technology, is highly desired.· Executive presence: ability to effectively present effective information to top management, public groups, or other leaders.Where: Toronto or Montreal on a hybrid basis (1 day a week in office). Comp: $110000-120000 CAD + BonusAt Insight, we offer a challenging and rewarding opportunity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
