Working here is your opportunity to shape an industry that's vital to us all.Job SummaryThe Manager, Business Intelligence is a member of the Retail Banner Business Intelligence team, which is part of the Marketing team and a shared service within the Retail Banner Group. He/she will leverage a variety of data sources such as purchases, dispense, point of sale and other external data to generate insights and help executives and internal teams make informed strategic decisions in optimizing programs, products and services made available across our McKesson network of pharmacies. Working closely with the retail banners in Quebec and rest of Canada teams to interpret their needs and objectives and determine the best analytical approach.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and interpret large and complex data sets, using sophisticated analytical techniques to generate trends, insights and recommendations that drive business outcomesExtract, cleanse and modify raw data from central data warehouse and other sourcesDevelop reports using PowerBI integrating multiple data sources and automate reporting processesConduct customer analysis, budget forecasting and campaign measurement to identify opportunities for internal clientsCommunicate data-driven insights and recommendations in clear and useful termsCollaborate with members of the BI team and other business units to find opportunities to drive business growth, optimize sales and efficiencyGuides a team of analysts to prepare relevant and actionable reports, analysis and insights and manages their prioritiesResponsible for coaching and developing direct reportsEnsure to follow key processes established by McKesson governance and compliance policiesQualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field preferred5+ years of experience in Data and Analytics space in different capacities with proven track record in a management roleExpertise in Excel, SQL, PowerBI, and related skills (ex: Power automate)Intermediate Python, R, predictive modeling / machine learning experienceRetail/Pharmacy experience is an assetStrong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to articulate data analytics and insights in easy-to-understand business termsAble to work in a fast-paced environment, managing several shifting prioritiesStrong attention to detailStrong collaboration skills and ability to work with a variety of stakeholders Experience managing and coaching 1-2 direct reportsStrong written and verbal communication skills Bilingual French / English is an asset The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States.
