Vice President, Construction

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Construction to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, business development, and project management.
Duties:
- Oversee all construction projects from inception to completion- Lead and manage the construction team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget- Develop and implement strategic plans for construction operations- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality- Negotiate contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and clients- Monitor project progress, budget, and quality standards- Collaborate with senior management to align construction activities with overall company goals- Provide leadership and mentorship to the construction team
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management with at least 5 years in a leadership role- Proven track record in business development and project management- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices
