Responsibilities : Export sales will be responsible for servicing a customer base Responsible for Department administrative requirements Required to be efficient with compiling Spreadsheets and e-mails Processing orders and coordinating dispatch with the logistics team Responsible for customer communication Responsible for Debtor statements and payment collections Preparing all required export documentation Ensuring all exports are compliant with VAT regulations Maintaining strict compliance with export regulations Key Skills: Excel, MS Word, MS outlook - accuracy and attention to detail, Excellent typing skills (preferably touch typing), Pleasant telephone manner - previous internal or external stakeholder liaison experience, Extensive administrative experience, Shipping/Logistics/Exports/Trade experience is an advantage, Qualifications: Minimum requirement: Matric Minimum of 3 year's relevant experience Experience in an export environment is advantageous Minimum of 3 year's administrative experience
