Wedding PlannerProfession: Event PlanningCity: DohaCountry: QatarWe are seeking a talented and experienced Wedding Planner to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of our clients' wedding celebrations. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.Responsibilities:- Meet with clients to discuss their vision for their wedding day- Create detailed event timelines and budgets- Source and negotiate contracts with vendors for services such as catering, décor, entertainment, etc.- Coordinate all logistical aspects of the wedding day, including transportation and accommodations for guests- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on progress and address any concerns or changes- Oversee setup and execution of wedding day events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and according to plan- Provide post-event follow-up to ensure client satisfactionRequirements:- Minimum of 2 years experience in event planning, specifically weddings preferred- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment- Experience negotiating contracts with vendors- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite- Must be legally eligible to work in QatarIf you have a passion for creating memorable experiences and love bringing people's dream weddings to life, we would love to hear from you!
