QA /QC ENGINEER

We are ISO 9001:2015 certified company since 2007. We are currently serves clients in automotive, power generation, medical, oil & gas and now exploring into aerospace industries. We also export our parts to Us & Italy. Qualifications & experience

• • Candidate must possess at least Degree in a Manufacturing setup.• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English• Must have min 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Tasks & responsibilities

• supervise team of inspectors and manage daily IQA, IPQC and OQA activities
• to ensure all products meet all regulations, standards and specifications
• liase with customers and external provider to resolve products issues
• to perform internal and external audit
• to monitor and maintain all measuring equipment and jig calibration record and status
• to identify, segregate and record non confirming material or parts and ensure the action taken is as per documented procedure whether in house or customer plant
• to prepare and submit 8D report to customer and to present if required
• to prepare full sets of quality document such as PFC, QCPC, FEA, FAI, SPC and etc
• to prepare monthly report report such as rejection summary, sorting and rework activity and etc
• additional job will be infor time to time by superiors
