As a Business Process Anallyst, you will play a critical role in supporting Extreme’s Business Operations team. You will handle multiple projects including (but not limited to) business process documentation, collaborating with various teams on enhancements, and supporting Oracle CPQ. You will understand Sales forecasting and pipeline processes and communicate recommendations for improving business processes. Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder Engagement: o Engage with various stakeholders across departments. o Collaborate closely with business leaders, data analysts, IT teams, and others as needed. Process Improvement : o Assess existing business processes and workflows. o Understand how business stakeholders use critical systems (e.g. Oracle CPQ, SFDC) o Propose enhancements to streamline operations and increase efficiency. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes. Requirements Elicitation: o Work with business users to understand their needs and pain points. o Ensure alignment with organizational goals. Reporting and Visualization: o Contribute to clear and concise reports, dashboards, and visualizations. o Present findings to stakeholders, highlighting actionable recommendations. Quality Assurance: o Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) for new solutions. o Collaborate with Business and IT to resolve any issues. Qualifications: Education: o Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Experience: o Approximately 5+ years of relevant work experience in business process support or analysis, data analysis, business operations, or related roles. o Experience working in a SaaS environment or high-tech company is preferred. o Experience working in a 2-Tier Distribution model a plus Skills: o Understanding of Sales, Sales cycle, processes, and sales attitude o Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills o Strong business analysis skills to identify process improvement opportunities o Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookups, advanced formulas, Macros) o Process Documentation software skills (Visio, Lucid, etc) o Strong verbal and written communication, especially data presentation skills o Effective stakeholder communication skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with business, management, and technical teams o Ability to ascertain clarity from ambiguous situations o Highly organized, with multi-tasking skills o Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment o Track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects o Experience using SFDC, Oracle, Jira and Oracle CPQ/BMI Extreme Networks, Inc.
