Senior Executive of Corporate Development and M&A

Responsibilities:

• Explore and assess potential business opportunities through mergers, partnerships, acquisitions, and strategic alliances.
• Oversee the lifecycle of new business prospects, from initial discovery to contract finalization and integration.
• Conduct financial analysis and create business cases to evaluate new opportunities, assessing their potential impact on the organization.
• Drive negotiations with target companies, engaging in discussions on terms and conditions and contributing to contract development.
• Evaluate target company valuations, pricing structures, and payment terms based on industry best practices.
• Stay abreast of the M&A landscape in Brazil
• Lead the integration efforts for acquired companies and new partnerships, overseeing project planning and monitoring progress.
• Partner with business units to assess the performance of strategic partners, devising actionable strategies to achieve established targets.
• Facilitate the approval process for new business initiatives, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline.
• Possess 8-10 years of hands-on experience overseeing end-to-end M&A processes and engaging in business development initiatives (mandatory).
• Proficient in valuation, financial modeling, and research, demonstrating robust analytical abilities.
• Capable of conducting intricate qualitative and quantitative analyses.
• Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Conversational English level.
• Availability to work in a hybrid working scheme.
