- and ensuring processes are being followed Financial Strategy and Planning:
- Prepare monthly products/business P&L and provide insights to senior management.
- Prepare annual budgeting process and long-term financial planning initiatives.
- Prepare financial planning / budgeting process / long term financial planning initiatives, providing insights and analysis to support decision-making
- Drive automation and IT improvement to enhance productivity of Finance department
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of finance operations.
- Ensure reconciliation of loan book / exceptional transaction reporting on daily basis
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Cross functional work with operations / collections / financial reporting teams in the organisation
- Liaise with auditors, regulators, and other external parties to ensure compliance and transparency in financial reporting.
- Work closely with senior management on any Ad hoc request for analysis
