Internal Communications & Engagement Channel Manager In this role you will be responsible for devising, executing and embedding an effective and impactful internal communications & engagement channel strategy, using data-led insights to engage & excite our 80,000+ colleagues across 16 global markets (and growing)! - Support the delivery of the global internal communications & engagement strategy by devising and delivering a best-in-class channel engagement strategy across our internal digital channels including our colleague app (ZING), colleague engagement survey tool (Peakon) and email platform.
- Develop and articulate a clear purpose for each channel and create a governance framework to embed best practise channel utilisation.
- Work closely with market leadership teams, in-market ZING champions & colleague engagement champions to continuously drive colleague engagement and adoption of our internal app in all markets
- Design an effective measurement framework to monitor, measure and report communication activities and colleague feedback, using data and insights to make decisions and recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure a consistent pipeline of compelling in-app content including colleague stories and product and business updates that bring our strategy, purpose and culture to life
- Work as an integrated part of the engagement team to deliver actionable insights from our colleague survey to support Primark’s purpose, drive better decision making and create a sense of connection and belonging for all colleagues.
- Act as the colleague voice for our 80,000+ colleagues across 16 markets (and growing!) sharing strategic insights to support our people agenda in all locations.
- 3rd level qualification in Digital Marketing/Communications/PR/Marketing/Business
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience leading and managing internal communication channels and platforms including SAS employee app, engagement survey tools, email platforms.
- Highly data literate with experience of using analytics tools to measure and monitor performance and turning data from various sources into meaningful insights.
- Experience in developing and embedding digital channels/platforms in multiple markets / globally.
- Ability to source, identify and execute compelling content to engage and motivate colleagues
- In-depth experience of successfully working and influencing internal stakeholders in a large international organisation
