Chief Operating Officer (Clinic)

Job Scope

• Work alongside the executive team to formulate and execute strategic plans and objectives that align with the company's mission and vision.
• Direct and supervise day-to-day operations across multiple clinical practices, emphasizing operational excellence and streamlining workflows.
• Establish and implement operational policies, procedures, and protocols to boost efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry regulations.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, leveraging data analysis to pinpoint areas for enhancement and executing strategies to drive performance improvement.
• Cultivate a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement among staff to enhance productivity and sustain high levels of employee engagement.
• Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and external partners, negotiating contracts and optimizing service delivery for cost-effectiveness.
• Offer guidance and mentorship to department heads, nurturing their leadership skills to accomplish operational objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a healthcare or dental group setting, demonstrating successful operational management and strategic planning.
• Business acumen with a track record of driving organizational growth, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
