Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Executive Officer with a diverse range of tasks, ensuring high-quality outcomes
• Manage calendars and diaries efficiently
• Prepare memos, reports, and correspondence with attention to detail
• Provide event support for presentation evenings and High Holy Days
• Offer general administration support to meet various stakeholder needs
• Coordinate and liaise with different community groups to foster collaboration and cohesion

What you'll need:

• Proven experience in a PA role, coupled with a deep understanding of Jewish religious practices and festivals
• Current WWCC or willingness to obtain one
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Strong time management abilities and keen attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office and the Google platform
• Ability to maintain data integrity and uphold confidentiality
