1. Responsible to supervise, train or direct lab assistants, medical and clinical laboratory technologists, or other medical laboratory workers engaged in laboratory testing. 2. Establish or monitor quality assurance programs or activities to ensure the accuracy of laboratory results Qualifications: 1. Graduate of Medical Technology course 2. With license and experience as MedTech for atleast 2 years. 3. Must have Certificate of training in Biosafety and Biosecurity in RITM and/or UP-NTCBB 4. Must have HIV Training Certificate 5.
