Managing, training, and providingoverall guidance to the sales team of an assignedterritory.Setting reasonable sales targets tobe achieved by the sales team.Monitoring theperformance of the sales team and motivating members to meet orexceed sales targets.Collecting customerfeedback and providing updates to seniormanagement.Traveling to potential and existingcustomers within an assigned sales area to present companyofferings and build brand awareness.Utilizingoutbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-facemeetings with customers to closesales.Developing and sustaining long-termrelationships with customers.Implementing asales management process to assist the sales team in identifyingand prioritizing key customers andprospects.
