Sales Representative - Total Parental Nutrition | West Rand

Responsible for achieving sales targets and implementing sales strategies to attain sales volume and customer growth for the assigned therapies: Clinical Nutrition and Anaesthesia. Duties & Responsibilities: Achieve revenue sales and targets for the assigned therapies within own geographical or business areaManage day-to-day relationships with assigned customers, build and develop professional long-term customer relationshipsPrepare, implement, and review targeted account plans aligned with the commercial policies defined by The clientPlan and prepare for each customer visit and record outcomes on the The client CRM portalPropose and provide each customer with appropriate solutions that will maximize opportunities both for the customer and for The clientMaintain presence in all existing and target customersDeal with customer complaints and implement corrective actions as per The client SOPContinuously assess the market for new customers/opportunities/risks to The client's portfolioPresent The client products and their advantagesOrganize and distribute all needed promotional material in line with marketing strategiesParticipate in congresses and other customer events as well as organize The client hosted events as per territory requirementsProvide customer training and support/assistance where neededWork closely with sales and other supporting roles within the organizationWillingness to travel within the territory as required, as well as nationally/internationally to organized meetings and events (overnight stays required from time to time)RequirementsSkills & Experience: Bachelor's degree required.  Dietetics degree would be an advantage.Scientific or medical/para-medical degree and a strong scientific background - preferableMinimum 5 years sales experience within the Healthcare/Pharmaceutical/Medical industryExisting relationships with Dietitians and Anaesthesiologists will be an advantageComputer literate
