Key Responsibilities:
Use Amadeus GDS for booking flights, hotels, and car rentals, ensuring the best deals and travel experiences for clients.
Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and offering solutions to travel-related issues.
Tailor travel itineraries to suit individual client preferences and requirements.
Stay informed about the latest travel advisories, regulations, and restrictions.
Efficiently handle unexpected travel changes or emergencies for clients.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of experience working with Amadeus Global Distribution System.
At least 2 years of proven customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry.
Fluency in English and Hindi to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with clients.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and bookings simultaneously.
Ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and adapt to changes quickly.
