Leasing Manager Dominion Mall and Apartments, Pakistan Collaborate in all leasing endeavors to Lease out Dominion MallLeverage and expand the network of "best-in-class" retailer contacts and foster strong relationships with both in-house real estate managers as well as third-party tenant representativesRemain ahead of the curve in connection with new concepts in retail to ensure a state-of-the-art tenant mixPrepare and conduct marketing presentations and merchandising plansMeet and call on new prospects and existing clients to determine short- and long-term requirementsPrepare written proposals and letters of intent for tenantsNegotiate lease terms and prepare ExhibitsPrepare Leasing and other ReportsResearch and prepare retail market reports including submarket trends, occupancy and rental rate studies, new developments, and competitive property assessments.Other duties as assignedJob SpecificationQualification Requirements:5 years' experience in leasing ground-up, high-profile mixed-use and/or lifestyle projectsExperience in pre-development leasingUnderstand budget and timeline goals; offer consistent transparency, communication, and willingness to make recommendationsUnderstanding of modern technology and the ability to utilize in day-to-day job activitiesTeam player and a life-long learner with the ability to receive input and ideas from all levelsStrong drive, energy, and passion for both individual and team-oriented goals with an ability to quickly learn, understand and articulate what makes our company different and successfulKnowledge of retail trends and where the retail world is headed; understands constantly changing retailMust be a team player with ability to conduct market surveysDrafting legally sound and detailed Lease agreementsAdminister and review all lease paperworkCreate an annual marketing plan and ensure execution of all marketing tactics outlinedPlan and implement the annual renewal leasing campaignContinually evaluate the marketing plan and budget based on pre-leasing velocity and resident/staff feedback to make improvements to the plan and/or adjust for new opportunities or when tactics are not effective
