If the answer is yes, then we are looking for you!  Foundations Of Your JobAs a Legal Counsel (Contracts) at TWD, you'll play a vital role in overseeing our contractual agreements and ensuring they align with (international) legal and regulatory standards. You will be part of our legal team which consist of the Legal Contract Manager, the Legal Counsel (Corporate) and the Legal Officer, who are divided on the contractual side and the corporate side. In your role as Legal Counsel (Contracts), you are responsible for the contractual side. You'll collaborate closely with various departments and internal and external stakeholders to draft, negotiate, and review a wide range of contracts. Your expertise will be instrumental in mitigating risks, optimizing contract terms, maintaining a smooth contract lifecycle, and managing contractual disputes. A glimpse of your responsibilities:Overseeing the end-to-end contract process, including drafting, negotiating, review, and execution, together with your colleagues Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand contract requirements and objectives Ensuring contracts adhere to international legal and regulatory guidelines and policies Identifying potential risks and propose solutions to mitigate contractual issues Maintaining organized contract records and ensure timely renewals and amendments Fostering positive relationships with vendors, clients, and other external as well as internal stakeholders Keeping yourself updated on changes in international laws and regulations relevant to contracts Contributing to the optimization of contractual processes and systems What Makes You Great You have a great eye for detail. You are the perfect match for TWD if you also have the following skills and experience:You have a bachelor's or master's degree in contract law or equivalent You have approximately 3-5 years of experience in legal advisory or related roles You are familiar with and have a strong understanding of contract law and regulations and legal terminology You have excellent negotiation and communication skills You are enthusiastic, self-managing, and eager to work in an entrepreneurial environment You are fluent in (business) English both written and spoken You are available for 32-40 hours per week TWD - A Fun Challenge to Be Part Of At TWD, we love to create construction methods and design installation equipment.
