Physiotherapist

Conduct thorough assessments to create personalized, long-term treatment plans that cater to weight management, fitness enhancement, and pain management requirements.

- Lead and supervise the slimming team, offering guidance to slimming consultants, fitness trainers and nurses to ensure a cohesive and efficient operation.

- Spearhead the development of marketing strategies and materials to promote physiotherapy and slimming services.

- Provide oversight for the safety and security protocols of all wellness and slimming treatments, ensuring the well-being of clients.

- Collaborate with dietitians when necessary and act as a liaison between the center and clients.

- Collaborate closely with management to analyze revenue performance against targets, refining procedures within the slimming and wellness departments.

- Contribute to the continuous business growth of slimming, physiotherapy, and fitness services, ensuring a competitive edge in the market.

- Maintain well-organized client files, ensuring accurate treatment alignment and adherence to exclusion and contradiction criteria.

- Assume a crucial role in driving revenue growth by enhancing both slimming and wellness income streams, contributing to pricing and promotional strategies.

- Focus on specific conditions such as post-surgery lymphatic drainage massage, manual slimming massage, pain management linked to overweight conditions, fitness improvement, and athlete recovery.

- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adapting treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal results.

- Design and oversee patient-specific exercise routines and rehabilitation programs aimed at enhancing strength, flexibility, and overall functionality.

- Supervise patients exercise journeys, making necessary adjustments to ensure safety and effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.

- State or national license to practice as a Physiotherapist.

- 3+ years of proven experience as a Physiotherapist.

- Proven experience and specialization in slimming, massages, holistic wellness and fitness improvement.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

- Empathy and compassion for patients, demonstrating genuine care for their well-being.

- Ability to adapt treatment plans to meet individual patient needs.

- Native Arabic Speaker with a good command of English.
