We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented PROJECT & LOGISTICS ADMINISTRATOR for an Interior Design company based in DURBANVILLE. This role involves working closely with the senior designer, handling various tasks to streamline their design projects from client consultations and generating quotations to coordinate projects.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working in a support role. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic and diverse team, while playing a crucial role in the overall success of their organization.Responsibilities:Prepare comprehensive quotes and proposals for design projects on XERO | EXCELManage project timelines, budgets and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budgetOversee the selection, procurement and installation of furniture, fixtures and finishes.Maintain strong vendor relationships and source high-quality design materials.Qualifications:Minimum 3-5 years' experience as an PROJECT & LOGISTICS ADMINISTRATOR in an interior design or related field.Exceptional organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and AfrikaansMust be in excellent healthProficient in Microsoft Office suiteExtensive knowledge in XERO Accounting is a strong requirementStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environmentProfessional and approachable demeanorBenefits:Creative and collaborative work environmentWork schedule: From Mondays to FridayClosing date of applications: 30 April 2024
