Roles & Responsibilities:Responsible for administering the team of Calibration inspectors (HSE/Production/ HR);Responsible for verifying and ensuring calibration activities are carried out as planned.Responsible for ensuring the resources for the production needs are arranged and escalated for any support if required.Responsible for auditing calibration suppliers periodically.Responsible in managing Purchase requests as required for the business in quality DepartmentResponsible in creating Inspection Test Plans as required for the projects.Responsible for NCR Data Analysis and driving NCR closurePrepare Manufacturing / Repair QA data books for the products / or Service.Other duties as assigned by the Manager / Supervisor.Qualification Requirements:Minimum Diploma in any stream.5+ years of experience in Quality or Engineering (with a Quality focus) in an oil & Gas industrial-related business.Must have Supervisory Experience. Must have good knowledge of calibration process, Instruments, Must be familiar with Inspection Methods. Must be able to teach others.Must be familiar with the Manufacturing environmentAbility to interpret engineering drawings, technical notes, procedures, and specifications and must be able to prepare documents and reports. Must be familiar with oil & gas Components.
