The Opportunity

Chances are that every single one of those interactions, every single one of those experiences, was touched by an Adobe product.

We have a fantastic opportunity for Business Development Director to join our office in Amsterdam. The role blends the daily activities associated with corporate strategic engagement with named accounts, but mainly driving developing new business where Adobe want to grow the footprint. In addition, you can expect to be working very closely with the respective Marketing, Consulting and presales specialists supporting your vertical to develop new value propositions, build awareness and reveal new sales opportunities.

This role requires a strong personality and self-starter mentality as you will be the leader of growth within the Public Sector in the Netherlands. You determine and lead the success.

What You'll Do

You will be in charge of developing business on mixed portfolio of accounts by selling all Adobe Experience Cloud solutions in the Public Sector.

Develop a sales plan to reach sales quota and execute for current customers

Create and maintain a monthly product forecast

Follow best practices in sales processes/procedures

Assist with the development of new sales tools and presentations

Review market to determine customer needs and report changing market conditions to management

Present special programs to partners

Develop and maintain senior-level relationships within target accounts

What You Need to Succeed

A Confirmed sales track record selling Enterprise Software, ideally; Digital Marketing Software, WEM, CMS, CDP and CRM. Experience in software selling in Public Sector in the Netherlands for at least 5 years. Experience achieving a sales quota of at least $.

Experience in acquiring key customers (Hunting) & customer-oriented profile. Ability to operate at C-Level within our customers (CMO's & CTO's). Strategic understanding of Multichannel and Digital Marketing. Complex selling capabilities. Creativity, Integrity, Team player. IT knowledge (CMS, WCM, SOA). Exceptional organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Dutch language is required.
