Your responsibilities and tasks:As Head of Technical Customer Consulting you will be responsible for operational leadership, internal and external stakeholder management, transforming the cost center into a profit center, and implementing effective change management strategies. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, possess a deep understanding of end-to-end processes, and have the ability to design and optimize these processes to drive efficiency and value.Tasks:Responsible for the Application Team and Technology Center Food Processing in Bakel.Lead and mentor an international team of Application Specialist to ensure optimal performance and achievement of goals.Effectively coordinate team activities, projects, and resources to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services.Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that promotes innovation, knowledge sharing, and professional development.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and partners.Builds network of startups, universities, (key) customers to monitor and understand how technologies, applications and market demands evolve.Collaborate closely with clients to understand their technology needs, challenges, and objectives.Act as a liaison between different teams and departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.Stimulate entrepreneurship to turn customer needs into business opportunities.Drive the transformation of the cost center into a profit center through innovative strategies and initiatives.Implement change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new approaches.Your profile and qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree e.g. in Food Technology, Engineering, Business Administration.At least 5 years relevant experience, preferably experience in Food Business.Process oriented mind-set.Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.Self-starter with the ability to take initiatives.Good network with customers, universities, professional networksFluent Dutch and English language skills.What do we offer:Competitive salary and 8% holiday payment.25 vacation days and 13 ADV days based on full-time employment.Possibility of collective health insurance.Homework allowance (40% homework based on fulltime employment).Compensation for your sports subscription.
