E-mail Global Warehouse Automation & Logistics Headhunter | Executive Search Consultant at TH Daniels | Delivering Best in Class Executive Search Results…TH Daniels Global Executive Search & Selection work globally with an established portfolio of clients providing best in class Executive Search results.We have partnered with a leading Warehouse Automation organisation to recruit for a Project Director to lead distribution centre improvements and the processes involved in complex projects worth in excess of €100m.The position will be based in the Netherlands.Responsibilities:Lead complex distribution centre enhancements and oversee major projects exceeding €100M in financials.Ensure continuous alignment among client project leaders, stakeholders, and executive sponsors throughout project cycles.Establish project team workflows, delineate roles, and clarify reporting structures.Address scope, schedule, and cost risks internally and with clients to mitigate potential issues.Formulate project budgets and business plans for functional areas.Display adept leadership by defining and achieving project goals and objectives.Mentor and establish standards to maintain company integrity and excellence.Demonstrate proficiency in business leadership and application of Project Management concepts and trends.Utilize extensive expertise to assess material handling alternatives and technologies during solution development and implementation.Apply advanced knowledge to facilitate the design and implementation of intricate material handling systems.Supervise project governance activities and tools in executing projects of considerable complexity.Requirements:Minimum of 10 years Automation/Industrial/Engineering/Mechanical experience.Experience managing projects worth in excess of €100m in Fulfilment/Supply Chain.Ability to oversee and develop budgets across multiple projects and programs.Experience managing multiple Project Managers.Track record of meeting deadlines and successfully completing major projects within the set parameters.Proven understanding on PM software.PMP Certified.Due to the high volume to applications unfortunately we are unable to respond to each applicant.
