Key AccountabilitiesDevelop and enhance business development methodologies.Contribute to the preparation of the company's strategy.Identify new business opportunities, including new markets.Understand customer needs and identify suitable products and services.Set clear objectives and define development and improvement procedures.Participate in the preparation and execution of strategic plans and monitor operational changes.Conduct research and propose innovative ways to develop company operations.Implement and monitor company products.Participate in the preparation, launch, or execution of new projects.Develop new projects and services to contribute to revenue growth.Prepare technical proposals for projects and initiatives.Develop and operate company products.Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent.3 years of experience as a Business Development Specialist within the Advertising Services industry, or equivalent.Experience in market research and ability to innovate and analyze digital marketing products. A strong understanding of marketing and financial techniques for launching and operating products. Ability to build innovative business models to expand the company's income sources.Familiarity with similar marketing products and how they operate, and their business model.Strong product management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.Perfect leadership skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Results-driven and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Proficiency in English is a must.
