Update your details, view your application and progress Manager (Social & Elderly Wellness) / Nursing Manager Apply now Job no: 494486 Work type: Permanent Location: Eastern Categories: Elderly Service, Nursing The JobResponsible for managing, coordinating and monitoring the overall operation of skilled care services of Residential Care Homes for the Elderly (RCHE) and Home Care Support Services for tenants.Develop, implement and evaluate health care policies and nursing protocols for the respective RCHE and/or other skilled care servicesOversee and monitor the health care service standards provided to residents/tenants, participate and supervise nursing routines and on-going monitoring of the individual care plan for residentsCoordinate, implement and evaluate infection control procedures, report and handle epidemic outbreak of infectious diseaseCoordinate pre-admission logistics including screening of application; arrange interview and assessment for all applicationsCoordinate and arrange different allied healthcare professionals to design and provide services according to resident's care needsResponsible for the planning and implementation of staff routines/activities including duty roster, training and performance monitoringManage enquiries, feedbacks and complaints from stakeholdersConduct financial analysis and annual budget for the provision of nursing services of the facilitiesOrganize and conduct business and marketing promotion in order to achieve management goals and business strategiesThe PersonDegree holder in Nursing or Healthcare disciplines with minimum 10 years working experience as Registered Nurse, in which at least 5 years administrative working experience in self-finance residential elderly service preferableValid practicing certificate (RN) issued by the Nursing Council of Hong KongSelf-motivated with interest in elderly residential home serviceStrong leadership with competence in supervising and organizing group of medical staff independentlyExcellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of both written and spoken English and ChineseMature, service-oriented and attentive to detailsProficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing
