Nurse -Psychiatry

We are seeking a qualified Nurse with Psychiatry Experience for our Governmental Client. The successful candidate will play an integral role in our healthcare consultation services and work closely with patients to offer quality care to those in need. Both Male and Female Candidates can apply Responsibilities Provide quality psychiatric care to patients in a hospital setting Administer medications as prescribed by psychiatrists or physicians Monitor and document patient progress, reactions, and behaviours Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create individual treatment plans Educate patients and their families about psychiatric disorders, medications, and treatments Follow hospital policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and staff Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and new treatments Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Good knowledge of clinical services and systems. Good knowledge of administrative services and systems Ability to develop a competent understanding of Qatar-based criminal justice services and systems. Experience of nursing as applied to the mental health field and addictions field. Excellent interpersonal, self-organization and communication skills. Competent IT skills and ability to use word processing, spreadsheet, and health management information systems. Ability to motivate others, develop relationships and coordinate responses to prospective patients and external agencies in the pursuit of expediting admission and the delivery of care in appropriate settingsRequirementsRequirements Bachelor's degree in nursing or Equivalent degree Valid Primary license from the country of origin (if applicable) Eligible for license from the Licensing authority in the State of Qatar to practice Healthcare Profession (Qatar Dataflow and Prometric Qualified) Up-to date CPD points. Female Nurses - RGN female are acceptable. -Nurses worked in Psychiatry or Emergency or ICU or Trauma who are experienced with 5 years' experience Male Nurses -with psychiatric experience only will be considered for the position. Nurses Should be bilingual (English and Arabic speakers only) BenefitsSalary: Basic salary starts from QAR 8,150 increasing with experience Accommodation allowance: Single Status - QAR 2,500 and Married QAR 5,000
