Offices & Facilities Services:⢠Process all government related transactions within the region ⢠Process all employee administrative requirements within the region ie; Baladia, iqama renewal ⢠Manage and process the issuance of Restaurant license requirements ⢠Manage, in coordination with concerned functions, various matters pertaining to office management e.g., furniture, telephones and communications, photocopiers, allocation of space, services and equipment. ⢠Manage all activities of the Personnel relations including time attendance management and leave management. Perform management duties and exercise authorities at the level granted to the position as per the approved policies and authorities matrix. ⢠Manage the work of the mail services to ensure dispatch and delivery of incoming and outgoing correspondence in an accurate and timely manner. ⢠Manage the development and monitor the implementation of safety and security operational policies and procedures including activities such as access control, investigating accidents and criminal acts. ⢠Ensure that organization has right set of expeditors suitable to meet need of the organization such that all the government office related work gets done on time. ⢠Manage and oversee the outsourced work performed by external service providers (i.e. office equipment and vehicles maintenance, etc) and ensure compliance with contractual terms. ⢠Manage all matters related to employee transportation and company vehicles maintenance, to furnish appropriate transportation services. Talent Management:⢠Supervise, guide and assist direct reports to perform their daily activities in accordance with the policies and procedure.⢠Actively participate in on-the-job training, mentoring and coaching of direct reports ⢠Generate commitment, motivation and enthusiasm to team goals, and guide team members through periods of change or uncertainly ⢠Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign and delegate responsibility and monitor the workflow ⢠Provide opportunities for team members to suggest, participate in and contribute to improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing initiatives ⢠Facilitate learning of the staff as per identified development requiremenPolicies, Processes & Procedures:⢠Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account leading practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement ⢠Support in monitoring day-to-day activities to ensure compliance with stipulated policies and proceduresNecessary Knowledge and Experience:⢠Strong organizational skills ⢠Excellent Computer skills ⢠Strong interpersonal skills (managerial, communication, persuasion, motivation, and loyalty) ⢠High proficiency in English and Arabic languages (both written and spoken)
