Das ist das Arbeitsumfeld: Exzellenter Kundenservice ist ein wichtiger Erfolgsfaktor und ein Aushängeschild der DATEV eG. Um unsere Kund:innen bestmöglich beraten zu können, werden Sie im Rahmen einer professionellen Einarbeitung sowohl fachlich als auch persönlich auf diese spannende Herausforderung vorbereitet. Neben einer intensiven Einarbeitung ist Ihnen Homeoffice wichtig? Wir bieten Ihnen nach der Einarbeitung die Möglichkeit an einzelnen Tagen auch mobil zu arbeiten. Das sind die Aufgaben:
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Bearbeitung von zum Teil komplexen Kundenanfragen und betreuen schwerpunktmäßig die Online-Lösungen des Rechnungswesens (DATEV-Unternehmen online).
- Sie handeln eigenverantwortlich und treffen Entscheidungen unter Berücksichtigung des aktuellen Serviceaufkommens.
- Sie sind gemeinsam mit Ihren Teamkolleg:innen für die Gestaltung und Optimierung der Serviceprozesse zuständig.
- Sie bringen Ihr Fachwissen aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer Produkte ein.
- Sie bilden sich laufend fachlich weiter, um unsere Kund:innen bestmöglich beraten zu können.

Erforderliche Skills:
- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium.
- Sie konnten bereits Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit Kund:innen sammeln.
- Sie verfügen idealerweise über Kenntnisse im Bereich Rechnungswesen und Buchhaltung.
- Sie besitzen eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
- Sie haben stets Lust auf Neues und arbeiten gerne im Team. Ein aktives Mitwirken bei Veränderungen ist für Sie dabei selbstverständlich.
- Sie sind offen für technologische Neuerungen, wie z.B. die zukünftigen Einsatzmöglichkeiten von künstlicher Intelligenz.
Erlernbare Skills:
- Die benötigten Programmkenntnisse erlernen Sie im Rahmen eines gezielten Einarbeitungsplans und mit Hilfe von Pat:innen.
- Darüber hinaus bieten wir gezielte Aus- und Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen an.
