About the Role Self-motivated individual accountable for the development of strategic alliances including sponsorship and partnership initiatives, deliver quality implementation and activations of local and group's sponsorship assets to maximise the ROI. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Implement local and Group sponsorship initiatives.
• Implement partnership activation plan.
• Maintain alliances relationship to achieve business goal.
• Collaborate with stakeholder to implement campaigns / programs to maximise alliances benefits based on full funnel marketing strategy.
• Review performances of campaign / initiatives on regular basis and driving enhancement to ensure required result are met.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Digital/social media savvy
• 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably with sponsorship/ contract liaison experience
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Strong analytical and innovative problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint
• Proficiency in English and Chinese
