İş Tanımı • Being an HR Business Partner for related departments, • Collaborate and interact with junior and senior leadership, managers, cross-functional teams, White and Blue Collar Employees in all HR related topics, • Recruitment White Collar and Blue Collar Employees for cross functional teams, • Involve in development activities for related clients, • Take an active role in Performance, Potential and Talent Management of related clients, • Lead all performance management and leadership development processes, • Data analysis of all HR KPIs and keeping them up to date with monthly, quarterly and annual business reports, • Organize and develop all WCE and BCE onboarding processes Nitelikler • University Degree in related areas • Min. 3 years experience in Human Resources • Excellent command of English, German would be an asset • Highly competent in using MS Office Programs and preferably PowerBI • Preferably taken moderation training • Ability to develop creative and innovative programs and policies based on business requirements • Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations that require sound decision making and may involve confidential or sensitive matters • Communicates clearly and effectively with associates at all levels, key external partners and customers • Very strong presentation skills
