Job Title: Customer Support Operator Location: Remote Annual Salary: $65,000 - $82,000 Job Type: Full-time About the Job As a Customer Support Operator at INSTANT TRAVELS Company, you will be pivotal in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and assistance. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking help or information regarding their travel bookings, inquiries, or issues. Your dedication to providing timely and effective support will contribute to maintaining the company’s reputation as a leading provider of travel services. What You Will Be Doing 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various channels, including Zendesk, LiveChat, and Slack. 2. Assisting customers with booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds. 3. Providing accurate information regarding travel destinations, accommodations, flights, and activities. 4. Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues and complaints with empathy and professionalism. 5. Collaborating with other teams to escalate and resolve complex customer problems. 6. Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Continuously striving to improve customer satisfaction by identifying areas for enhancement in processes and services. Job Requirements 1. At least six months of experience in Customer Support in a B2B/B2C environment. 2. Proficient in using customer support tools like Zendesk, LiveChat, and Slack. 3. At least a bachelor's degree from a recognized tertiary institution. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong emphasis on empathy and clarity. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. 6. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to finding solutions. What We Offer 1.
