You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking help or information regarding their travel bookings, inquiries, or issues. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various channels, including Zendesk, LiveChat, and Slack. 2. Assisting customers with booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds. 3. Providing accurate information regarding travel destinations, accommodations, flights, and activities. 4. Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues and complaints with empathy and professionalism. 5. Collaborating with other teams to escalate and resolve complex customer problems. 6. Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Continuously striving to improve customer satisfaction by identifying areas for enhancement in processes and services. Job Requirements 1. At least six months of experience in Customer Support in a B2B/B2C environment. 2. Proficient in using customer support tools like Zendesk, LiveChat, and Slack. 3. At least a bachelor's degree from a recognized tertiary institution. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong emphasis on empathy and clarity. 5.
