Automotive Services Advisor - South Island

About the Role Reporting to NZ Automotive Services Manager, you will be based in Christchurch, overseeing and supporting the stores across South Island region. This will involve recruitment, technical and warrant of fitness training and compliance, overseeing and maintaining high standards of performance and service for our automotive stores. A strong focus on Health and Safety is essential as well as the ability to step into a hands-on role temporarily if necessary. Skills & Experience Required:

• Automotive trade qualifications and experience
• Sound technical knowledge, specifically in AVI and strong adherence to NZTA standards
• A proven history in growing revenue streams and developing business improvement projects
• Great negotiation and relationship skills
• A full and clean driver's licence
