IT & DevOps Specialist Massive Bio is a rapidly growing health-tech startup founded in 2015 to provide every cancer patient with access to clinical trials regardless of their location or financial situation.  Our proprietary patient recruitment and enrollment enablement solution for oncology clinical trials solves for every point of friction in traditional clinical trial enrollment.  Privately held and headquartered in New York, NY our passionate changemaking team is looking for several new hires for various roles.  We are looking for an IT DevOps Specialist to join our team in our Istanbul, Turkiye office. As a key member of our Software Development team, the IT DevOps Specialist’s responsibilities include maintenance of computers, setting up CI/CD workflows, managing and tracking IT DevOps related tasks, identifying production issues, and implementing integrations that meet customer and developer needs. Ultimately, they will execute and automate operational processes fast, accurately, and securely. The ideal candidate will be curious, have strong attention to detail and have a passion for customer success. Reporting to the Software Development Director you will,

• Computer Maintenance and IT Operations: Ensure employee computers are working correctly without any software or hardware problems. IT Operations encompass a comprehensive range of services vital to meeting the technical needs of the company. This includes facilitating tasks such as setting up new electronic devices, configuring user accounts, ensuring optimal hardware setup, installing the necessary software, granting network access, providing troubleshooting assistance and support, conducting regular updates and maintenance checks, as well as managing the organization's assets.
• Task Management: Manage and track all tasks related to the DevOps team and make sure tasks are delivered until the deadline working with other DevOps team members.
• DevOps: Ensure solid, highly available, scalable, and performant solutions across both applications and infrastructure. Manage the whole lifecycle of our Azure development and production environments (manage configurations, monitor changes, respond to issues, etc.).

• Bachelor's degree required, engineering is preferred or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in DevOps/DevSecOps in a cloud environment.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in computer maintenance and IT operations.
• Experience with Jira, and Agile for development processes, Git, and continuous integration.
• Proven results influencing stakeholders and displaying improvements.
• Ability to translate complex problems and ideas into easily understood descriptions.
• Ability to work independently. Self-starter, can-do attitude, ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Experience in healthcare technology is a bonus.
• High level of speaking proficiency in English.
• Living in Istanbul, preferably on the Asian side.
• Work location is Kozyatagi, Istanbul; at least 2/3 days a week at the office.
