As they expand their operations, our client is seeking a dynamic Traffic Service Supervisor to play a pivotal role in driving their growth and leading their teams to success in the Manawatu Area. Role Overview: As a Traffic Services Supervisor, you will oversee and supervise the day to day traffic management and small works field teams. This includes coordinating and assigning traffic control staff, monitoring traffic flow, analysing data, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Role Requirements:

  • Experience in traffic control.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
  • Understanding of traffic laws and regulations.
  • Extensive supervisory experience within asphalt surfacing operations and good working knowledge of asphalt materials and characteristics, as well as surfacing methods and techniques.
