Job Summary Customer Service specialist LATAM is responsible for all aspects of order processing, managing backlog orders, checking products availabilities, shipping handling, customer satisfaction, end to end cycle. It is required to work with the stakeholders as needed and provide guidance to logistics team to get shipments out on timely manner. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration/foreign Trade
- Ability to work in a cross-functional and teamwork environment.
- 2 years of LATAM customer service, operational logistics, import/export/customs background
- Communication, analytical, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Oracle and Salesforce background
- Preferably Life Sciences segment previous experience
