Gas Filling Station Operator

Job Description

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? The mission is to operate and maintain filling plant production equipment's in order to enhance safety, productivity and efficiency while ensuring products quality. He/she starts and stops the filling process for cylinders or bundles, from taking empty sorted cylinders from an empty buffer zone to putting them once full and ready to ship in a full buffer zone. He/she also performs light/routine maintenance. And also making full analysis to cylinder to ensure it was on spec. He/she can shift to handling activity according to the individual qualification. The accountability of Dry ice production and loading can be performed while plant equipment's are including dry ice pelletizers, HE /She also driving forklift after taking a training and license - Performs filling operations according to operations plan. - Performs primary & secondary cylinder handling operations. - Ensures the HSE and Quality of the operations. - Fills the operations book and administrative documentation. - Participates to the process improvement. ___________________ Are you a MATCH?- Education : Higher Institution Association or any relevant degree - Language : Basic English knowledge, Native in Arabic. - Work experience : 3 years experience as plant production (1-2 years experience in the Industrial gases field is preferable). - Computer illiteracy. - Very good Knowledge in Safety rules and regulation. - Standards Operating Practices and procedures. - Exhibit Mechanical ability. - Performs basic mathematic operations.
