- Provide crucial support in ensuring the accurate and timely completion of monthly, quarterly, hard-close, and year-end financial closings for the entities within the region. This may include:
- Support the consolidation of legal entity statements and local statutory reporting requirements within the region.
- Execute operational accounting activities to maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
- Provide guidance on operational, complex, and judgement-based general accounting matters, such as complex (non-rule based) accruals, and recurring month-end activities.
- Monitor compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and web Financial Expense Management (webFEM) policies and treatments.
- Review Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet (BS) reports from an accounting perspective within the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), as per the agreed review cycle.
- Complete A-forms as required for regulatory and reporting purposes.
- Ensure adherence to rules and regulations set by global accounting standards and implement accounting policies effectively.
- Identify and highlight recurring issues, contributing to the continuous improvement of financial processes.
- Drive standardization and maintain quality in the balance sheet reconciliation process.

- Accounting professional with preferably 1-4 years of experience in accounting and reporting, and capable of analyzing complex processes and issues (2nd or 3rd accounting job)
- Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Adequate expertise knowledge in financial accounting (IFRS, accounting processes)
- Knowledge and understanding of Financial / ERP systems, SAP knowledge preferred
- Understanding on the tax, VAT, tax declarations, statistical reporting to the tax authorities etc
- Understanding of Consolidation systems, preferably HFM
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel
- Drive monthly closing and reporting processes for scope of work
- Autonomous in organizing responsibilities and work
- Adequate communication skills and full professional proficiency in English
