Responsibilities This role will support the CFO and will assist in maintaining and developing the function's capabilities and skills to meet ongoing business growth, needs and plans.

  • Perform the Accounts Payables (AP) tasks, ensure timely payment of invoices and maintenance of the relevant Operating Expenses (OPEX) schedules
  • Preparation of expenses file for CFO approval
  • Support SG Finance team in preparation of quarterly GST submission
  • Maintenance of non trading balance sheet schedules and fixed asset schedules
  • Identify areas for improvement and drive changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of Finance processes through automation
  • Support the team in any related tasks or projects
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years accounting and/or audit experience
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Able to work independently, take ownership of tasks assigned and with good communication skill
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
