Executive - Technical Sales (Based in Shah Alam)

Account & Relationship Management (Sales) You will be responsible for handling sales inquiries and identifying our customer requirements in the automotive OEM and components coatings. Besides dealing with the challenges that come along with this portfolio, you will also experience and contribute to our dynamic working culture. Your responsibilities will require you to communicate extensively with various stakeholders from both internally within the Company or group of companies and externally with our business partners. Below is a synopsis of your job function:

• Identify new opportunities and new markets;
• Build customer base and create a strong partnership;
• Developing, maintaining, and improving relationships with key accounts to maintain a high level of service and client loyalty;
• Follow up on quotations submitted;
• Track customers' feedback, monitor and analyse our product performance and usage, provide appropriate recommendations / solutions as necessary;
• Provide pre-sales / after-sales service support, including training, expert consultancy, problem resolution, etc;
• Conduct market survey to keep abreast of market development and competitor's activities;
• Conduct regular internal meetings to ensure that business objectives are being properly executed and are on schedule.

Requirements:   Background:

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Chemistry from recognised university or college.

Experience:

• 1 to 2 years of relevant sales experience.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided. 
• Experience in automotive OEM & components suppliers and familiarity with automotive coatings standards and technologies will be an added advantage.

Knowledge & Skill:

• Excellent time management and organisation skills, meticulous and delivers quality work.
• Experience using ERP system will be an advantage.
• Able to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced, challenging yet fun environment.
• A highly motivated individual who is willing to take initiative and follow up with details.
• A good team player and communicator.
• Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good presentation skills and able to communicate with all levels.
