Junior Accounts Executive

- Preparing Petty Cash, Account Payable & Account Receivable, Stock Inventories & Filing Functions . - Maintain accurate financial records, prepare Journal entries. - Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures. - Support senior team members in financial analysis and reporting activities. - Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. - Assist with audits and regulatory compliance efforts as needed. - Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency. - Perform ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - Prior experience in an accounting or finance role is preferred. - Fresh Graduates 1 or 2 years experience are encouraged to apply - Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. Autocount ). - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. ***WAREHOUSE AT KAMPUNG BARU SUBANG. ***Working on Saturday (half day) Job Info & Requirement Contract Type Full-time Job Type Executive Experience Level 1-3 years Job Categories Accounting/Tax/Audit Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
