YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

JobSummary: This role is tolead and oversee supply chain projects to be implemented in APAC region, whichincludes but not limited to steering of project execution >€2M, controllingof project activities in the region, and provision of support if needed on country& local level – acting as docking-point and interface between COE andregions. This position requires strong leadership, project management skills,and technical expertise in asset and capex management. Dutiesand Responsibilities:

• Act as project leader forsupply chain projects execution >€2M across APAC region, to establishproject management methodologies and manage tools, budgets, and processes toensure efficient project execution and delivery.
• Supervise and provide guidanceto support other projects execution <€2M through close collaboration withcountry and local project teams to drive successful project outcomes andcontinuous improvement initiatives across the region.
• Conduct regular reviews andevaluations of capex projects in the region to identify risks, issues, costcontrols, and opportunities for improvement. Develop and maintain relationshipswith external vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to support projectexecution and mitigate potential risks.
• Compile and summarize bestpractices from various plant operations based on practical conditions andpromote their implementation across all plants to support continuousimprovement in safety, quality, and production efficiency. Assist in thedevelopment and implementation of maintenance plans.
• Prepare and present periodicreports to senior management on the status, progress, spending, and performanceof capex projects across APAC region.
• Support the implementation ofequipment integrity and necessary engineering controls related to processsafety at regional level.
• Support the scale-up of newproducts, and closely coordinate with business units for new projectevaluations.
• Develop a 5-year capacityplanning strategy in alignment with established BES business strategies.
• Drive and facilitate Lean 6Sigma initiatives across the region.
• Other responsibilities asassigned.

YOUR PROFILE

Education :Bachelor’s degree and/or above Experience : Minimumof 10 years of experience in capital project management, asset management, orrelated field; Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale capitalexpenditure projects >€2M. Others :

• Strong financial acumen with the ability to develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and software applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent project management skills, able to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Good command of English communication skills, fluency in Chinese would be considered a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and collaborate with teams across different geographies.
• Must be flexible to travel when required to fulfill needs of the business.
