Job descriptionResponsibilities:- Receive and address all types of complaints related to insurance promptly and effectively.- Manage and complete all claim paperwork for pay-and-claim insured farmers efficiently.- Identify potential clients through leads and referrals to expand our client base.- Schedule client meetings to discuss insurance needs and provide appropriate guidance.- Conduct follow-up calls with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.- Advise clients on suitable insurance coverage options based on their needs and circumstances.- Perform periodic policy reviews to ensure clients have adequate coverage and update policies as necessary.- Prepare comprehensive insurance proposals tailored to individual client requirements.- Complete necessary documentation and submit to underwriters for approval.Job Specification Original jobs : #J-18808-LjbffrApply safely
