Job Description
- Welcomes patients by greeting them through phone.
- Ensures providing patients with full, accurate and precise info.
- Optimizes patients' satisfaction and machines utilization by scheduling appointments.
- Facilitates patient experience by reminding them with their appointment and informing them with the preparations needed for each procedure.
- Formulates and implements new ideas to improve patient experience.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of computer and relevant software applications
- Good English proficiency
- Knowledge of radiology terminology and procedures is preferred
