Job Description

Role Purpose: Fulfilling Care department required hiring numbers through sourcing/screening activities. •    Sourcing activities using all available tools, platforms, and personal connections. •    Screening candidates’ CVs. •    Evaluating candidates’ English language to meet the agreed-on language bar. •    Meeting caliber’s quality requirements. •    Ensuring 100% candidates’ data capture accuracy.  •    Managing communication and follow ups with the candidates •    Ensure right communication shared with all stakeholders in timely manner.    Core competencies, knowledge, and experience: •    Knowledge of Talent Acquisition function. •    Strong stakeholder management skills. •    Attention to detail (zoom in) and high-level understanding of effective Resourcing process. •    Solid communication, interpretation skills and Data reporting skills.
