Architectural Site Engineer

Job Description

1. Oversee and manage construction projects on-site, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. 2. Interpret and review construction plans, blueprints, and specifications to understand project requirements. 3. Coordinate and supervise construction activities, including scheduling, subcontractor management, and material procurement. 4. Conduct on-site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with building codes and regulations. 5. Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to unforeseen challenges that may arise during construction. 6. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients. 7. Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders. 8. Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on-site. 9. Collaborate with project managers to develop and update project schedules and budgets. 10. Provide technical support and guidance to construction teams, including mentoring junior staff when necessary.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Architectural engineering. 2. Previous experience in construction or site engineering roles is typically required. 3. Proficiency in construction management software and tools, such as AutoCAD, and Rivet is preferred. 4. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques. 5. Excellent leadership and communication skills. 6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 7. Understanding of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry. 8. Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 9. Professionalism and a strong work ethic. 10.
