Red Bull Graduate Program - Build a Bull: On Premise Events & Festivals Trainee (Outside Cairo)

ABOUT THE PROGRAM Ready to spread your wings with Red Bull Egypt? The Red Bull Egypt "Build a Bull" Graduate Program is a 6-month program starting July and ending in December 2024. ABOUT THE ROLE Ready to ensure Red Bull is the life of every event? This role is crafted for those who excel behind the scenes, setting the stage for Red Bull's success at events and festivals. As an ONP Events & Festivals Trainee, you will ensure that our products, from coolers to displays, capture the crowd's imagination and thirst. Your mission is to build solid relationships with event suppliers and venues while seeking new opportunities to expand into new channels in regions outside of Cairo , ensuring Red Bull stands front and center in the world of nightlife and hospitality. Areas that play to your strengths

• Explore and identify new opportunities for Red Bull and expand Red Bull's reach in various ONP channels such as weddings, house parties, film industry, art, study, catering events, and social gatherings in regions outside of Cairo.
• Network, build, and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in regions outside of Cairo to ensure Red Bull's presence and accessibility. Become a trusted partner for event organizers.
• Coordinate and work closely with the Field Marketing team to enhance the execution of Red Bull's event presence. Work closely to adapt event strategies to regional preferences.
• Actively support and participate in the execution of summer season events, a peak period for On-Premise activities.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

• Has or will have completed their bachelor’s degree by July 2024.
• Natural networking skills and the ability to develop relationships with a variety of stakeholders in the events industry.
• A genuine enthusiast of the Red Bull brand and its association with world-class events and festivals.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently outside of Cairo, embracing the opportunity to work in diverse locations.
• Fluent proficiency in English & Arabic.
