Accounting Support (US Solar Energy, Homebased)

Salary: P65,000 – P80,000 monthly package Schedule: Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Eastern Time) What are we looking for? Skills Required:

• Experience with NetSuite and QuickBooks Required
• Knowledge of bookkeeping procedures
• Familiarity with finance regulations
• Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.
• BSc/Ba in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field

What will you do?

• Assist with transition of accounting records over from Quickbooks to Netsuite. This will involve “scrubbing the data” to ensure we are moving clean records.
• Process accounts payable, billings & collections.
• Prepare cash-flow reports, projecting daily cash management needs.
• Execute monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables (Journal entries, reconciliations, reports) for month-end and year-end close of income statement and balance sheet, account reconciliations & G/L analysis.
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
